We fulfill your order within 36 hours or less of when you placed the order; which means it’s packaged and placed in the mail. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order within that timeline, we will attempt to contact you by email and/or phone. At the time of contact we will either refund your credit card for the item that is “out of stock” or agree to ship the item as soon as it is back in stock at our business.
All orders, other than gift cards, are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
Gift cards are shipped either USPS Priority of USPS First Class at the customer’s choosing.
A customer can only return undamaged product, at their shipping expense. Once we receive the return we will either ship out a replacement ie. a different size of apparel, at our expense or refund the customer’s credit card for the price of the product being returned.
If your product has been damaged upon arrival call or email our shipping coordinator immediately so you can discuss how we can replace your damaged product.
A customer who wishes to cancel an order can do so if they get in touch with our shipping coordinator before he/she processes your order.
